Job Summary:
The Finance Manager is responsible for the financial health of the organization. This includes managing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and risk management. The Finance Manager will provide strategic recommendations to the executive team and ensure financial practices align with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Develop financial strategies and models to support decision-making and drive growth.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance by measuring key financial metrics.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, tax filings, and financial audits.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
- Optimize cash flow, manage working capital, and oversee investments and capital expenditures.
- Evaluate and manage financial risks, implementing internal controls and policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial procedures and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor junior finance team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are highly desirable.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, and data analysis.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with international accounting standards (IFRS or GAAP).
- Knowledge of tax laws and corporate finance best practices.
