Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and support services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the security, performance, and reliability of all technology operations while aligning IT strategy with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and manage IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems.
- Lead IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
- Oversee daily operations of the IT department, including helpdesk support and issue resolution.
- Ensure data security, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans are in place and effective.
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s or certifications like PMP, ITIL, or CISSP preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of systems, networks, hardware, and software management.
- Experience with cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
